We are at a pivotal moment in the history of humanity and the earth. We are needed more than ever to show up with our hearts and minds wide open. Visioning and moving towards the New Earth. Shedding the old programing, the constant grind, selling our souls to a "dream" that isn't even actually what we want anyway and taking the time to reconnect to what's truly important. It's time to activate Creation Mode and dream a new reality. What an exciting time to be ALIVE!
In order for true transformation, often a death process is necessary. We have certainly been going through this as a collective! There is such deep healing in this shedding process. It is often at the point of complete messiness that ones true brilliance can shine through and rebirth happens in ways we can't even imagine.
This brilliance that comes through has nothing to do with intellect or having your shit together.
This is your specific code of brilliance that you were born with. It's in every cell of your body. It's in your DNA. This specific code of brilliance, YOUR code, is what is needed right NOW. Your insights, your intuition, your joy, your perspective, your passion, your creativity, your genius is what will help to heal and transform this world.
It's the thing that maybe shone brightly as a kiddo but then got tucked away out of shame or societal/family pressures. It's the part of you that makes you feel most alive and wild. It's the part of you that comes easy or naturally. It's maybe a part of you that you've tried to change, "fix" or dare I say even tried to "heal". It may be a part of you that feels quirky, different or may even make you feel alone in world at times.
We are currently experiencing a deep transformation process in our external world and I have personally experienced this death/rebirth process over the last 3 years. It started with the ending of my marriage, which actually was the end of abandoning myself. It brought me to my knees. I realized more often than not I was lying to myself and/or others. This realization shook me up and broke my heart wide open. It's been hard and humbling. It is an ongoing process but I'd love to share with YOU the things I learned along the way. This experience ultimately brought me back home to ME and my inherent brilliance. Back to my body, my heart, my deepest soul yearnings, my truth, my path and my purpose. In owning my specific code of brilliance I've learned what it means to cultivate a courageous heart, to show up where/when it's needed, sometimes have hard conversations AND live a life of wild freedom.
I don't have all the answers. I certainly don't have YOUR answers, but I can BE with you and offer support through the process back home to your own body. Listening to the subtle cues. Calming the nervous system so you aren't constantly in fight or flight. Listening attentively to your personal messages. Your own yearnings. Cultivating your own courage and resilience. Reconnecting to your inner child, your creativity and your passion. Feeling this truth in your body. In your bones. Rebuilding trust with yourself first then building relationships and strong communities from there.
I'm calling YOU in to join me in this transformation movement. Together we can embody what it truly means to BE the change. Not by anything we DO, but how we simply yet profoundly BE ourselves.

- Guided Embodiment Journeys ~ there will be guided visualizations into your physical system. Exploring what it feels like to be fully in YOUR body. Fine tuning to the subtle sensations, connecting to messages, guides and deep wisdom within your system.
- Inner Child Artful Play - Connecting with the curious, playful one inside, who often holds the key to our liberation. Creative writing, collage or art prompts (no need to be a proclaimed "artist").
- Devotion ~ learning what it's like to have a personal practice to cultivate on a regular basis and have an accountability group in the process.
- Breathwork ~ A embodiment journey experience. Simple yet profound.
- Ancestral Connection ~ rooting deeply into your literal blood and bones, gaining wisdom from those who've come before and feeling their spiritual support
- Time Commitment ~ (3) 60-75 min Live Zoom Calls/month. 4th week is for integration
- Bonus Support: You'll have 1:1 private access to me Monday-Friday via WhatsApp or Text for questions, challenges or celebrations

- Immersive Group Experience ~ 3 Sundays/month, 90 min Live Zoom Calls (no recording), 4th week is for integration. This is your only time commitment necessary for our journey together. There will not be a list of tasks or learning between calls. There is only spaciousness and delicious flow. You in?
